Thursday 12th

1630 – 1730     Registration at the Bar
Meet in the bar at Pan Pacific for Conference Registration, to network with suppliers and other members prior to leaving for our first dinner function (transport leaving at approx 1730).

1800 – 2200     Welcome Function – Sponsored by Fastway Post
Prepare for a fun, casual and exciting evening in one of Melbournes unique event spaces, situated right in the heart of Melbourne city.
Dress Code – Casual
Transport back to the hotel – 2200 pickup

Friday 13th

0730 – 1215     Supplier Network Breakfast and Business Session

Buffet breakfast served at the Cargo Hall on the Boardwalk next to the Yarra River, amongst our Key Supplier displays. (2 min  walk from the hotel and this year includes somewhere to sit and eat).
Our brief to the suppliers was “nothing you are already selling, everything new and exciting, sharp and focused.”

All sessions held in the Hotel Conference Rooms (Woodside 1,2,3,4, Art Gallery, Board Room, River Room and the Terrace).

It’s Friday 13th, so prepare for a really interesting night of surprises at another of Melbourne’s very unique venues, a place with a real difference.  The night actually starts in the lobby of the hotel with the first taste of what’s to come beginning before we leave!

Meet in Pan Pacific lobby at 1815 for transport to the venue.

Dress code – Jail/Prisoner Theme (Dress Up), punishment for those not in theme assured!
Caution: Steletos are not advised as the ground is cobblestone.

Buses to get back to the Hotel are staggered and are leaving at: 2200, 2230 and 2300

Saturday 14th

0830 – 1400     Group Team Event

Following on from the hugely successful Group Team event from the 2018 Conference on the Gold Coast, we have built this year’s Team Event based around Melbourne being an internationally recognised city for restaurants, dining and food.  Like last year, this session is a key networking and relationship building event where we work alongside each other and our key suppliers in a very competitive, fun and engaging way.  Given the competitive nature of Kiwis, there will be winners and losers!  (this is NOT an opt-out part of the program)
Meet in Woodside Room (Next to the restaurant) for the Event Briefing and transport.
Casual dress code and closed shoes are required

1430 – 1600      WebX Training Session Closed session (OPD only) – Held at the Cargo Hall
